Baron’s Sino Kitchen & Bar is an exciting concept that marries the diversity of Chinese cuisine with a unique culinary flair, craft cocktails, extensive wine list and energetic vibe. Our kitchen will be led by a Starred Chef and a committed, experienced management team. 8,200 Prime Square Feet in the Heart of Bellevue with 2,200 free parking spots. Think you might fit in?
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about learning, has a great work ethic, great leadership skills and loves this business.
In this role you will:
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, make eye contact, and use a friendly verbal greeting.
- Present menu and answer any questions regarding the menu items.
- Be prepared to answer questions regarding the preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept.
- Take and serve beverage and dessert orders
- Place orders from POS and processing and payment.
- Assist other Servers in their areas when appropriate.
- Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
Requirements:
- Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a full service high volume restaurant
- Ability to uphold the standards of finesse, service, and fun
- Passion and knowledge for food, wine and spirits and customer service
- Experience with Aloha POS system
